    Hi community,

I signed up here to find fellow snuff taker who might have a solution for my suffering.
since i had covid i can not take snuff anymore, just once a day or so.
If i do more than once my nose starts running with a gluey and sticky liquid that burns like hell. It runs like water and occures around 4 to 5 hours after sniffing. Does any of you have experience or advice with that condition?

Curious how long it’s been since you had it.

My buddy at work had it and couldn’t taste anything for about 3 months and mustard for over 4 months after he recovered.  It came back.

Another guy couldn’t drink beer for about 6 months, it would make him sick.  That came back too.  He said one day at about month 7 or so, he tried a sip and it tasted like heaven and he’s had no problem since.

I’d say just give it time, it’ll probably be OK eventually.

Let us know and speedy recovery.

    Thanks for you answer,

Luckily I had no trouble with smell or taste so far, the infection was in march and also wasn’t to bad at all, except my nose troubles.

I will let you know if something should have changed or has helped me.

I had Covid about a month ago, my first.  My nose has been running like crazy all day from my first snuff until bed time. I then use a net pot and sleep like a baby.  It doesn’t burn but my wife is fed up with me snorting all day, that just sends snuff down my throat and I end up coughing.  I tried stopping but when you work with it all day that is very hard.  Funnily enough, my wife was a way last weekend and I opened all the doors and had a cigar.  My nose dried up!  I have been a lot better since.  Still runs but not as bad.
