Get in quick as the best Schmalzlers will all be gone by May.  Bernard’s, Pfalzler and Rosinski are all closing in May.  If you don’t know this is sadly down to EU bureaucracy.  They have made it too hard for the little guy to stay in business, unless you are outside the EU.
