For me it really depends, there will be times where I am not using for hours, and then have an occasional pinch or two, but when I have free time, it averages at around a couple pinches every 10 minutes, for about an hour or so, and then it slows down. It really varies, but on a day when I am busy and go out and about, it would be around a pinch a 45 minutes. However if we are talking about Schmalzlers, that goes around a bigger pinch every 5 minutes until I am bored of it.
