Just a question that popped in my mind, I always read that people use schmalzlers in large quantities, but having a nose full of schmalzler, to me is not the most pleasant, I prefer to have sniff a little less at a time. Still a bigger pinch than a normal snuff, but smaller than the mountains I see others use, I like when I can breathe through it and smell it better, and then right when the flavor dissipates, I take another small one, and fill my nose that way, in a series of smaller boxcars, rather than couple alps of of it.
So how much do you use it?

I do pretty much the same. I’m not so much a fan of drip and tend to blow my nose after about 5-7 minutes to clear everything out and prep a new pinch. I love the scents and feeling of snuff and that’s what I “chase” when pinching. I also enjoy being able to still breath 😆

I got into snuffing from my German family while working on the farm and they taught me it’s the easiest way to conceal the scent of cow shit while making the long days a little more relaxing.

I wonder if that’s why most Indian snuffs are WAY OVER SCENTED TO A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT! (Imo) . Because I do know that some areas are pretty…. Strong smelling to put it lightly…

@Blergs Honestly, that wouldn’t surprise me. I’ve never been to India, but you are not the first people to tell me about the “scents” of India.
