When Toque first started we had bullets that looked like a chefs hate and a friend said they were called Toques in Canada.  One of my favourite rock songs was Steve miller’s “The Joker”, who was a midnight Toker.  A small toke was a little puff of grass, and today a Toque is now a small pinch of snuff.  Many thanks to Steve Miller and Canadian Chef’s.
