I made an order weeks ago, and it got returned to sender from Heathrow, and reached out to customer service and still haven’t gotten a reply back. Is this normal? Just trying to figure out what exactly is going on.

I actually did receive my second package they sent. Evri messed up a lot and it seemed they went in to change the shipping label issue!

I would follow up with Roderick. Was still a process, more then it should’ve been but he did make things work for it to happen, I think it’s more of the side of Evri shipping

Fusa, Contact me roderick@toquesnuff.com we always look after our customers and we will look after you. We have had some problems with the new courier Evri miss labelling parcels, and we are claiming back from them.
