Also WoS Best SP, Toque Original, and Toque SP Extra are my fav strait SPs so far.  There are many other good SP variants as well.  WoS Gold Label (one of my new favs) and Grand Cairo stand out as awesome SP variants and Toque Spanish Gem is a nice mellow moist SP type.
