I’m glad someone posted this, I was curious.  I’m about 1-2 grams a day when I’m working, and about 4-6 when I’m off.
Also with 3-4 snus portions when working and 0-2 when I’m off.

10g sounds a little high, but I’m sure I’ve done close to that when I get a new order and I’m trying a bunch of new flavors.
