Excellent advice.  I don’t know what is going on but I think Canadian customs are having a clamp down.

It has gone from 2 % of orders to 10% of orders and in May I think it might have been close to 20%.  I haven’t worked it out yet.  Plus I think some Canadians just pay, if it is on the low side, and don’t tell us.

We haven’t seen a figure as crazy as the one 12 years ago.  That was $900 for a $25 10 for 9 deal.  The best we have seen was recently, a customer paid $40 for a $150 order and the worst, that is supposed to be coming back to us, was $450 for a $30 order.
