    The order placed on April 12th and shipped to Australia shows as completed, but the tracking information is always empty. I ordered five pfalzer. I’m running low on snuff and I’m very worried. How long does it usually take to ship to Australia? Thank you.

    <p style=”text-align: right;”>I’d check your email or you spam box. The tracking doesn’t show on the site, but rather via a second email from Deutsche post.

    Did you pay for the extra tracking? I’m not sure if 5 tins qualifies for the free tracking.

    Hi Liang,  I just checked and your order didn’t go tracked as it was quite small. I would start looking for it in another week.
