    Bonjour   Ça fait une commande le 15 mai j’ai  et je n’ai toujours rien reçu cela me déçoit énormément car d’habitude ça se passe très bien j’ai envoyé des mails et aucune réponse de leur part je ne sais plus comment faire

    Yes, we have your order and it has been delayed by new EU postal charges.  We have switched to DHL pre paid taxes and we hope this will work better.  My email is roderick@toquesnuff.com please let me know when it arrives.

    Oui mais pouvez vous me dire pourquoi ma commande et toujours en traitement depuis plus de 20 jours donc elle ne peut pas être remis au transporteur a vu qu’elle est toujours en traitement chez le fournisseur image commande date du 15 mai

    I am sorry, the Royal Mail is really struggling to get UK mail to Europe.  This is why we are so far behind.  I think I told you we have switched to DHL and EU orders have been arriving, though one French customer told me they had to pay €10 to get their order.

     

    The EU has another idea and from July they will charge all EU customers who buy from outside the EU €3 on all orders under €150.  We are going to have to add this at the checkout.

     

    I hope to have your tracking number this week and it will be emailed to you.
