I’m not needing to buy any new snuff for a very long time. But I have discovered Indian smokeless tobacco called mirage or miraz which I buy from my local shop. 28g for £2.00. and you only need a small pinch under your lip. It’s not snus or that dangerous stuff called Gutkha which turns your spit red and is banned in some parts of India.

    It’s lime flavoured.

I started to get emails from Lumi and I am so pleased I became a 2 monthly subscriber. £1.69 a tub of nicotine pouches with 5 flavours. There is only one mint one I’m not keen on. I use it 9 times a day.

    Supermarkets charge £6.50 a tub which I can’t afford. I use 9 a day.

Both of these cost be around a tenner a week.

Over a year ago I quit the booze. I drink squash mostly and  a few cups of tea and coffee. Cocoa at bedtime.  I bought myself a coffee bean grinder.  Can’t stand instant.

I also bought a multi cooker instant pot. Which I use to make 8 pints of yoghurt. Some of which I make into Greek.

It has a sous vide function. I put chicken in a vacuum bag with tandoori spices and cook in water for 4 hours. Never heard of this function before.

The pressure cooker does large gammon joints in. 21 minutes.

I lost my 12 yr old dog 8 weeks ago. But got myself a Jack Russell puppy boy called Dan. I need a dog.

    Thanks
