Greetings!  New to snuff here, ordered a small but expensive order, just in case snuffing in general was a ‘no’ for me.  I was recommended to try Otto Chancellor so ordered some.  Got a free tin of Red Rag as well.
I could tell from the get-go that these would be menthol heavy, as I could smell the ‘vick’s’ before I even opened the bag.  Pleasantly surprised, though I don’t know if the ‘heavy’ mint/menthol effect is exactly what I’m looking for. I feel like I’m going to like something with less menthol and more ‘other flavors’, though it might be bergamot that is providing a lot of the effect.  Either way, it’s like having a good swipe of vick’s vap-o-rub under my nose.  Kind of comforting.. definitely feel like it helps open the airways.
Red Rag is heavier on the cold nose effect than chancellor.  Perhaps less bergamot and more menthol? camphor? Chancellor feels like it’s got a bit more earthy aftertones but they’re both pretty similar to my inexperienced nose.

I’ve got a cart full of random items, mostly 10g tins that I’ll spring for soon  Full $50+ order including blueberry, scotch, plain, irish toast, about 15 in total that sounded like there’s less menthol and more ‘other flavors’ going on there.  Will update once I do it and try them all.

So far, it’s already helped me cut back on my smoking.  Maybe I can quit altogether and just do some occasional snoots.  One thing about a large order, I think I’ll be supplied for quite some time.

    Cheers!
