I have been using a Toque acrylic mini bullet, anyways I refilled it a couple times with the Rustica.

Today I had an issue, a couple of times it whacked me hard, I just noticed when you hit it, the blow in the bottom just totally bypasses the cam. I will say one thing for sure, it’s not pleasant to snort so much Rustica that when you cough dry dust comes out your mouth.

I think the screw in bottom cap, must have a vacuum leak. I will have to screw around and see if I can fix it. The ones from the 90’s we used with coca had a glass jar that screwed to the metering cam head, there may have been a gasket

Never bothered with bullets. I prefer pinching I think its better to control how much you take in. I would of thought those things you need a mighty sniff.

A mighty sniff would empty the gram into your nose, atleast with this one. I think if I taped the cap on and made sure the threads didn’t leak, it would stop pulling from the reservoir

Why not try a metal one.  Click Here

Still mostly bullets though I do have a little plastic snuff box I got in a trade from a guy in this marketplace.

I will likely look into getting a nicer bullet in the future, I bet they get pretty nice. The only drawback in my opinion, is that when inverted you have to tap them to fill the powder measure. I need to find a good yet not pricey net pot.

I’m looking into getting a snuff box from Schnupfdosn. Their ordering process is a bit weird, which is holding me back. I’d be more inclined to purchase one if they were available on this site or even had a better ordering process on their own site. They do only hold 4g, which could be a turn-off for some, but for the amount I pinch a day, it’s pretty ideal. It’s gotten some good reviews, and you can measure your own dose.

I agree with you. The Schnupfdosn looks like a very simple and easy to use device. I will be purchasing on next paycheck. I think the prices are pretty fair for it.

If you don’t mind, update this post once the product arrives. I’m interested in how the ordering process and turnaround time goes for you.

Don’t waste your money.  It’s garbage.  Never a consistent hit and it leaks more in you’re pocket than you’ll sniff.  I got one when I started snuffing and it’s been sitting in my drawer since because I haven’t thrown it out yet.

Sorry I didn’t see this sooner, I could have saved you some money and time.

Just get yourself a bullet or an old fashiones snuff box and pinch it.

@JetFixerJason Thanks for the heads up. Guess I’ll just stick to tap boxes which have been working like a charm all these years anyway.

I usually just use the tap boxes that the snuff comes in, since when I am out of the house I usually use some Poschl snuff that comes in a tap box, and I mean they look pretty nice, I love their traditional designs.

Genuinely wanted to like a snuff bullet, since it really seemed convenient in some situations, but those things are so no-no

Yeah, I feel like the snuff bullet just makes people here in the states think you’re doing illegal drugs. I also am not a big fan of the delivery.

Snuffmaster and/or little 10g tins (like Toqus standard 10g tins, or jars the size of shot glass or so.

It depends where I am. If I’m at home, I definitely prefer to pinch so I stick with a small, round 0.5 oz. can that I refill from my bulk stock.

If I’m out and about though, I tend to use a plastic tap box so as not to be sticking my dirty fingers in my snuff. The one I use is available via Etsy from a shop called SnusAtHome. It’s inexpensive, compact, durable, doesn’t leak, and it holds a considerable amount of snuff. I recommend it highly.

I love sealed 10g screw top tins ..tried bullet but it’s not for me..

During the years I have experimented with lots of containers for daily use (flasks, glass vials, plastic snuffboxes, pill boxes, etc) in the end I’ve settled with carrying 3 containers with me inside a old RYO ziploc bag:

1- One Toque 10 g  screw top tin for pinching, it seals very well and never opens by accident.

2- One metal bullet, for fine dry snuffs, I do not use it directly to my nose, I pour a dose in the back of my hand and pinch from there.

3- One Poschl container, easy to use, seals moderately well and can be shown with confidence in airports if suspicious looks arise in places like airports and the like…

So wherever I go I can easily take 3 different snuffs with me for different situations, the only downside is that it’s a bit bulky but still fits in my pocket.

I buy old pewter snuffboxes for my stuff. They’re not airtight but most snuffs are OK in them, given the rate I get through it.

Other snuffs are either kept in screwtop tins or plastic De Ster en De Lilie boxes from China.

I’m still curious if tapping and driving is safer than texting and driving. But I’m no hurry to find out, so I keep a bullet in my center console (and I don’t even own a cellular device) I can operate a cam single handed. Finish on charge, rotate cam 90 degrees, upright bullet, rotate 90, sniff, rotate 180, invert, repeat. Even pinching american dip from a tin while driving can be sketchy….and that stuff is so wet and long cut it holds its shape.

when I’m driving my pickup, I set the tin open on the dash with a spoon in it, and I have no issues whatsoever with fine dry toasts. Now I don’t drive like a nut with shiz sliding all over the dash. The Harley is another story all together and the adrenal endorphins get you to the next pitstop.

When I’m driving, I’m always using a bullet. If I’m still, waiting for the green light, I might use a tap tin, but never when rolling.

I carry two, well sometimes three.  I have an amazing silver snuff box that was given to the sister of the maniac who tried to kill king George.  I have this one for sale on Toque for £2000, and I can’t help but feel I have underpriced it. I should take it to the Antiques Road show.  The other is a very simple wooden box with an incredibly tight sliding lid.  I love this little box as it can keep a snuff fresh for weeks.  The third tends to be the tin I am trying for the first time.

I use a small tin or fill a tap tin.
