Constitutionally the make up of the British Isles is very complicated! The Isle of Man offers a very good environment for businesses due to its tax policies. For snuff manufactures and businesses it’s even better as the IoM was never part of the EU and avoided also the directives which banned the use of characterising flavours amongst others.

And the best thing was, that before UK left the EU, all the people working at the post office just thought it is in the EU and did not duty anything that came from there, as they thought it was UK 😆

People who drink and don’t exercise or at least try to live healthy and of course, not learning new skills and training memory, are usually the most affected ones. I have and had many relatives with similar problems and the cases of dementia and Alzheimer’s were always linked to their lifestyle.

My grandma is a much more tougher case, refuses to eat, smokes 3 packs a day, drinks a lot and while very old, she has the most issues with her menthal health, mostly memory loss.
