Toque snuff tins have a screw thread and a sealed lids that keeps snuff fresh for a very long time.  Once you’ve finished one you can transfer others snuff into them.

No, they never have any issues with tax.  Only Canada, Australia and most of Europe.

I think we have spoken on email but for the benefit of our Canadian customers, I will say it again.

The golden rule is never, ever pay or negotiate with customs.  Once you do they will keep coming back.  Plus sometimes they get it so wrong, it is crazy.  Some customers never get hit, others say they get hit on average once in ten orders (back in the summer it was twice in ten).  We have had a few customers get hit twice in a row and a couple 3 times in a row.  It is just down to luck.

If you want to use snuff to stop smoking and come from Canada it is tough getting snuff.  You have to either decide to give up cold turkey or accept that you are going to lose some orders over the next few years.  I wish we could do more but it is us against the stupid Canadian govt.

Most people go for stemless. I feel it is the highest quality and has a stronger nicotine hit.  However, we can do Toast, Stemless Menthol, Rappee, Coarse, Oriental, Rustica and our Plain.  These are mainly made up of Burly, with the exception of Rustica and Oriental.

I carry two, well sometimes three.  I have an amazing silver snuff box that was given to the sister of the maniac who tried to kill king George.  I have this one for sale on Toque for £2000, and I can’t help but feel I have underpriced it. I should take it to the Antiques Road show.  The other is a very simple wooden box with an incredibly tight sliding lid.  I love this little box as it can keep a snuff fresh for weeks.  The third tends to be the tin I am trying for the first time.
